William Cowper Brann Papers 1872-1922

American author andnewspaper editor William Cowper Brann worked a string of odd jobs, beginningwhen he was thirteen, before entering the newspaper field. A successful editor,Brann also wrote plays and published the , a monthly journal whichexpressed Brann's views on social, political, and religious subjects.
